We're sorry it's been 3 months, but we've been busy with school and getting back into the swing of things! I'm (Lauren) getting ready to move back to Huntsville and Casey is drudging through school work! We're slowly checking off our list of things to do for the wedding and we're loving every moment of it! We wanted to let everyone know that we just had our Engagement Pictures done and we hope to have them posted soon! We can't wait to see them, so we'll post the link as soon as we can!

Thank you again to everyone who is helping with the wedding plans and preparations! We greatly appreciate all of you and all of your hard work!

Hooray! I'm glad to hear everyone has gotten there save-the-dates! And thank you for the compliments on them! However, I (Lauren) must say that Casey is the one that picked them out! He thought the "photo booth" style was too cool, so that's what we got! We love them and we are glad you do too! Also, if you're reading this and you haven't gotten a save-the-date I'm guessing I got your's returned to me due to an incorrect address, I'm working on a few of those so they will go out this week!

Thank you again to everyone who has offered to throw us wedding showers and help with planning/preparation for our big day! We greatly appreciate all of you and don't worry we'll have plenty of DIY projects to pass along!

Well...as of Friday save-the-dates are officially out, so I hope everyone received their's! Only 320 days until our big day! Please let us know if anyone has any questions about the wedding, staying in Huntsville, or anything of that sort! We look forward to seeing everyone in less than a year!

Well now that we're officially less than a year away (333 days to be exact) we are trying to check things off of our to-do list! Casey is working on the most important aspect...the HONEYMOON! And I am, along with too many people to mention, getting the details ironed out! Save-the-dates are ordered; invitations are purchased; caterer, photographer, florist, and location are all chosen; and now the search for my dream dress is in progress! My mom and I are slowly hitting every Bridal Shop in North Alabama with the hopes of finding "the one!" Perhaps I should be less particular...but come on, it has to be perfect! ;-) We even have the guys' attire picked out (khaki suits) and the girls will be in burnt orange!

Dad, Suzanne, and I visited the Lodge last weekend to once again mentally lay out how we want everything arranged and I personally think its going to be perfect! Casey and I could not have found a more perfect location to start the rest of our lives together! And we are very thankful all of you will be there to share the day with us! And as the wedding plans continue feel free to post messages or questions for us, because we want everyone to have a part in our wedding! Thanks to everyone who has already done more than I could imagine!!

Hey everyone! We just wanted to let everyone know that, YES, we have set a date and it is May 29, 2010! I would have liked to have had the save-the-dates out by last month, but that just didn't happen! We plan to have them out within the next few weeks, so be watching for them in the mail!

Secondly, we would like to thank Gerrit Burke, our personal web developer and best friend, for the outstanding job he has done on our site! We look forward to all the new things that we will be adding and we love that we can share this with everyone!
